You can request a return within 7 days of receiving eligible products like electronics, appliances, clothing (excluding undergarments), etc.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
Undergarments, personal hygiene products, and other marked “non-returnable” items are not eligible for return.
Directory Listing Plans are non-refundable once purchased.
Contact support@searchorbuy.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Once approved, we will coordinate pickup or ask you to ship the item back.
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days after item inspection.
